We led the multi-disciplined consultant team through the feasibility review, utilization analysis, and programming for this facility. The complex consists of a 50-metre competitive swimming and diving pool, a leisure pool, a triple gymnasium, a four-pad ice rink with spectator seating, and an open-concept fitness centre.
